I'm Mihai Secasiu and I write PatchLog to help others (and me) fix the issues I encounter in various projects involving Unix/Linux system administration and web development.

Occasionally I write plugins or patches for various open source projects ( like wordpress, pligg and others to come ), and howtos about configuring software like sendmail, qmail, apache, MySQL, squid, Linux and FreeBSD.

I have been doing web development, Unix/Linux system administration and programming for the last 6 years.

I started this blog mostly because I needed a place to post solutions that I have found in case I need them later or someone else needs them.

I'm also experimenting into blog monetization and other online money making techniques so I might write about that too.
